What does post dismissal submissions mean.. How to file it for an appeal

Hi Roman,
It sounds like you’re referring to a case that was dismissed. Some courts allow you to still file documents after a case is dismissed. Others require a more formal process of filing a motion or request that the case be re-opened before allowing any more documents to be submitted.
In any event, dismissal is one of the ways to have final disposition of a case. From there, a party can appeal. The rules (procedure) governing the appeal are determined by what court the appeal will be made to.
