Problems in Evidence is a pioneer in the problem method of law school introduction — a method which has seen continued and expanding success. This book adds many problems which raise issues not covered in the earlier editions, and adds alternative problems on many issues as well. The most significant change however, is organizational: Problems in Evidence can now be used with McCormick’s Hornbook on Evidence or with Cleary, Strong, Broun and Mosteller’s Cases and Materials on Evidence.
